Went in today because I was about 4 months overdue for a haircut, and couldn't stand it anymore. Told the stylist I wanted to go back to short, but since it had been so long since I had a cut (and I didn't want exactly what I'd had done last time at a different location) I wasn't clear on directions. After leaving I realized it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Later in the day I decided to go back and see if I could have it touched up. The stylist that greeted me was very helpful and understanding. They put me to the top of the list, and the stylist I saw earlier in the day, Heather, worked on my hair again. She was totally willing to spend more time with me, and I didn't feel rushed while I explained what I wanted. Heather did an awesome job, and I love the cut she gave me! I'm so glad I went back!
