Lily is phenomenal! She is soft spoken, listens closely to details, and just has remarkable talent! She does a great job translating styles from descriptions or photos into reality. I’ve rarely had a new stylist get my color right the first time (sadly some never do!), but Lily did—and has continued to do so each time I’ve seen her since.

This place will make you feel at home.. I browsed around the gift shop before getting my hair done and everyone was so welcoming. Misty is now my hair stylist and she is amazing!! So happy with the color and cut. 💃🏼

I have loved Willows Dream every time before this last. 
I got there on Feb 14 for my 10am appointment and at 1020 was told my stylist was having car trouble. Ok. No worries I get that. 1045 she shows up and tells me no car trouble she just didn’t look at her book and so didn’t realize she had a 10am appt. Wasn’t even apologetic about it just said she usually starts at 11. Still charges me full price though. I told front desk and the manager when I left and they said “oh that was unprofessional” and that was it. So... horrible experience. I will admit the color looked really good though if not exactly what I asked for.
Now, 2 weeks later, my hair is turning green... So $200 for a process I had to wait for for no reason other than laziness, lied to by the front desk on why it was late, no help from management, and now my ginger hair is turning green. 
I’ve gone to Willows Dream for 4 years. Never ever again.

Michelle did an amazing job on my haircut and blow out! Super friendly and her space was a lovely well lit upstairs room that overlooks downtown! Highly recommend getting a cut from her!

Absolutely amazing! Donna  made my dry, dull hair look brand new. From the second I met her I felt comfortable and trusted her with my hair.  She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Not to mention, she is a great person to have a conversation with. I recommend her to the max! I love my balayage!
