Excellent service and customer friendly, I also love that it’s pretty much a one stop shop for tags and title....a little pricey but I understand it’s more then if I wanted to go stand in long lines at the DMV it’s all about convenience in that part so I was willing to pay more and skip the DMV I would definitely come back with other things to be serviced and would recommend the place to friends or family

My 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon had a fuel leak. I decided to take it here based on how close it was and had reasonably good reviews. After taking it in on a Friday morning they said they'd be able to take a look on Monday. I didn't hear from them all day and had to call around 5pm and was told by the same person I was actually in a que and it would be Tuesday. Same thing happened Tuesday I had to call them. Eventually they were able to diagnose the cause. My fuel tank had rusted and developed a leak. They also said I needed the sending unit and a fuel pump due the the high pressure barb on the original corroding and not connecting tight enough. All this is fine and I can understand being busy. They got all the parts and said they had the tank back in the car, started the car, then the car shut off. They said they found the fuel pump was defective and they would have to get another. Cool no big deal no cost to me. When they told me this they mentioned they would need to drop the tank again because my car didn't have a port in the floor to change the pump. I was pretty sure there was a port but they're the mechanic they should be able to figure that out right? Any way they got it all back together and all was well. I go pick the car up and pay the bill which was expensive but expected. My biggest issue is with the $586 fuel pump. I can understand some mark up but wow. They tried to say they offer a warranty and this was specific part for my car and was hard to find and this was the cheapest they could find. I'm assuming they tried to recoup the extra labor by having to drop the tank a second time. The cost of the fuel pump they charged me for was very close to what they charged for labor. A fuel pump can be had for around $150 with a quick google search and I don't know how they just assumed the car didn't have a port in the floor. I looked into it after seeing the bill and found all kinds of write ups and youtube videos on how to do it. It also turns out on the wagon you don't even need to remove the back seat. You just pop up one of the floor panels in the back. I brought this up asking for the receipts and mentioning that there is a floor port and they initially offered to refund $230 but they'd have to get it approved. I never got to see the receipt. After being told they would call me back and waiting several days, giving them a call being told they would call me back in 5 mins, calling again the next day and them saying they'd know Wed and they'd call me, and having to call them back etc, etc, etc, they finally said no they wouldn't refund me the money. The quality of work seems fine as far as I can tell. Nothing has gone wrong so far. They had my car for two and half weeks and another two weeks to get an answer on the refund. I would have gotten it towed to my normal place an hour away had I known all this.

My 2006 Ford f250 had a problem that many dealers and private shops could not identify. It surfaced under certain conditions on long drives and tormented me for 5 years. I explained it to the owner fully expecting him to tell me to move on. Instead, he accepted the challenge and Mike worked closely with me to identify and fix the issue. My calls were always returned in a timely manor and repair expenses were kept to a minimum. I own, and have owned many personal and business vehicles over the years. Md. Truck is top notch from top to bottom. Thanks Mark, Mike and Mike for your attention to the finer details of customer service. I will be back!
