I made an appointment for 1PM on a Saturday for an oil change. 2PM came and they had not even started yet. I asked for my keys and went elsewhere. Huge disrespect of my time. What is the use in making an appointment? Would not recommend

Went to the shop to get oil change service advisor was very helpful and even gave me the benefits of upgrading to a better oil change     Service was ok.   But again service advisor was very professional if the could hire mechanics with him ability and customer service.  They would be my go to shop.

There is a reason they are open 7 days a week. They have online appointments but are generally never able too keep them. I had a hard time just getting an oil change without being asked can I leave it overnight. I will never return to this store. The only redeeming quality is kristopher the store manager is excellent at customer service so kudos for him but overall rest of experience was terrible.

Girlfriend can't make an appointment after 3p.m. because they may not have the people there to do the job....an oil change. The problem really isn't anything more the district manager not honing in on stores with problems like this and making an effort to fix them. Instead you guys take away store managers for conference calls about profits meanwhile you got a waiting room full of customers wanting work done but employees with no direction or drive to get work done...and in my girlfriends case, no employees available at all for scheduling purposes. Wants the point in being open after 3? Get off the phone and start getting some work done. And the im not really concerned with sending an email, so dont bother with the reply. I aint that pressed to fix your business, but i am enough to leave a complaint for other to see. You guys have stores with problems and you sweep them under the rug until it becomes unbearable...then we see the mess you made.

Went there looking for shick n struits n they didn't hav what i needed n did not help with my needs.So went to auto-zone n got help n got what i needed !!! Very friendly n helpful at auto zone!!!
