Yes 5 stars. If you use the phone or online to solve problems with your claim then just give up. Both are useless. The office is the only way to go. Arrive early and prepare for a 5-20 min wait BUT the workers will fix it. One and done. They had a glitch on my claim. 5 minutes later it was fixed and I was out the door. Be nice and respectful and the doors will open for you. So to review, online: I give 3👎 /by  phone: 5👎/ office:5👍

Your online system and phone system are terrible it all needs to be more user friendly. I need to talk to someone not getting dumped by a phone message or having it be to difficult to navigate on line and then getting g no where. Huge waste of time. You got one star because if I didn't hit at least one it wouldn't let me leave a review. You actually deserve zero stars.

If you live out of state they are impossible to get a hold of by phone. God forbid you have wages in different states. Absolute nightmare.

It's fine. It's a bit like the DMV since you have to wait awhile, but I've never waited more than 30 min personally. Just bring a book. The people there are very helpful assuming you're polite to them. Don't bother calling, you'll never get anyone. You have to go in-person. There's street parking for a few dollars.

Understaffed. Cell phone use is prohibited. Just like the previous reviewer stated it’s like a DMV but with TSA on board. Usually very busy so arrive early. Expect to wait 5+ hours to be served depending on traffic. Good luck!
