Tim Martin the worker ,we just meet this morning,the attitude was soooooo rude ,impatient,unhelpful, when we come to his #10 room, he didn't say anything at begging about 5 mins ,even we say hi, how are U today to him,he is not answer anything, of course ,he didnt solve our problem, i think he is too old to work. Good luck to everyone here who read this review,when your turn to him, skip him, give him a break!

Called three different times to make an appointment and all 3 times the people were rude, cut me off, impatient and sarcastic. One of the workers even hung up the phone on me. Totally unacceptable. If there were negative stars, I am for it.

Entrance has changed to the back of building and IRS is on 7 th floor and elevators are in high rise lobby.Getting into the office is tough but receptionist was very warm and within few minutes our turn came as we had fixed the appointment earlier and the officer was helpful

The Worst. I worked for the IRS in the Boston JFK Building in 1990-1994 all I need to do is talk to Human Resource for a document that only a real person can provide. Called 5 different numbers, not one live person could be reached. It is insane all recordings not one live person. No Stars from Me. But I could not Post this unless I selected one Star. I wish they had those Thumbs Down icons along with the Stars LOL
