Worst place to go to for anything when understaffed. People look bored out their minds waiting for hours. I had to wait almost 2 hours for a registration renewal. No need to emphasize the work ethic. No one there looks like they even like their job. Even with renovations made , it's the worst place to even sit and wait. You're better off going elsewhere, even if it's over st the haymarket location.

Please fix the process payment section, I tried 3 times to complete my transaction. On the 4th try  payment process work.

This place is the worst place for you to go one that has no place for you to wait people who are handicapped have no place to stay the slope very sloping and another thing the people who work there are all bunch of lazy

Takes for ever to be seen... Im disabled.. Place needs to improve in fast service.. After waiting hours staff treats you like a criminal rude no smile nor greet like you did something like its your fault for being there.. Do your job!!!  Needs improvement in calling numbers.. People with disabilities shouldn't be waiting hours in an uncomfortable place. To small.... I recommend going to RMV in Haymarket behind City Hall seems faster
