This was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. At first I was uneasy, but their warm smiles and kindness made the experience incredible. I definitely recommend to anyone who would like to have some time to relax and unwind. My therapist was also pretty incredible. They listened to what my needs were and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.

❗️UPDATED: Stolen Property. • Member since 2009.  Appointment time 90 minutes, 8:30pm on Friday the 13th. • Asked for female, booked with male. • Missing property from massage room, four phone calls later I have been hung up on twice, not called back at all, told “I will speak to management and get back with you” - still nothing. Next to impossible to get on the phone.  Next stop is sitting in the lobby and calling the police.  • This is an LTE enabled Apple Watch, that was fully charged when I left the house for the massage just two hours prior to it suddenly being TURNED OFF and going missing.

Never once had a problem like this, but I try to stay away from this location because it is so hard to get them to answer the phone.

❗️Update, Sunday Noon:  Following this review, I received a call from management. No answers or solutions yet. Instructed by management to keep waiting until tomorrow morning.  I instructed them to check cameras and verify I had it on when I got there and not when I left as I was wearing short sleeves.

❗️Update, Sunday 3:30pm:  Now two full days later, they found it.  They had been “searching the wrong room.” (If they have no way to track what room an appointment was in, how do they ensure used rooms get cleaned?). ••• Does not make sense as not one person had seen it, doesn’t explain why Simone was so short on the phone, and had never relayed the message to management and doesn’t explain why it was turned off immediately following my departure.  • Simone was the front desk employee that night and was my point of contact throughout this whole ordeal until I finally spoke with management. Simone is the one who “thankfully found it, under the bed.” • Policy is that the masseuse cleans the room and front desk checks it.

Clean, neat, & tidy. Quiet & relaxing. Welcoming, polite, & friendly staff. TAYLOR was a very talented & responsive massage therapist. All in all, a good afternoon.

I've been a Massage Envy member for over three years, and this is my favorite location. My favorite therapist, Todd, is a miracle worker. Even with fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease, I'm able to get some relief from my chronic pain after a session with him. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful, and the environment is soothing and clean.

First visit, I was told to arrive 15 min. before my appointed time, and did.  The paperwork took less than 5 min to fill out, and the receptionist led me to back 5 min before my appoint was to start.  I waited 20 min before I was in the room and on the table.  The therapist asked if I had any areas that needed special focus, I advised my left shoulder area was in a lot of pain.  Now, I was schedule for a full body massage for an hour.  The therapist only focused on my shoulder, with almost no pressure, and was done within 35 min.   Not only that, but the conversation he had with me was highly inappropriate.  I do not care if you do comedy on the side, I do not want to hear your jokes while getting a massage, and you should never tell the client you're a bit of a pervert when giving a massage, especially if he is of the same sex and is not gay.  I couldn't relax, I felt way uncomfortable, and I was pissed all he really did was put "icey hot" on my shoulder for 35 min.  WORST MASSAGE EVER!  I will not go back, ever.
