 Called up and asked if they had an appointment available.  They said sure come over and we will fit you in.  When I arrived, I picked my color and sat down within 5 minutes.  They are wonderful, very friendly. Had a manicure and it was the BEST EVER!! Thanks for making my experience great! I will certainly come back!!!

Customer service is very poor. I took an appointment for pedicure and Manicure at 12 P.M. on dec 31st. I was working from home. I saw the time it was 12. and I just went there in a hurry. By the time I reach there was 12.20 around and the people over there they asked me what is your appointment time. I said it's 12. She said I cancelled your appointment and come at 4'P.M.. Where I have other plans.
I said I don't want pedicure. My time I booked for pedicure and manicure. So, give me manicure for half an hour i.e., from 12.30. But they held me until 12.50, still they didn't give me manicure. This is the worst experience I ever had in any other salon's.
