Overall, ok. Front desk was wonderful! Informative, nice, etc. First frustration came when they called me about 2 hrs before my appointment for both me and my boyfriend saying that the therapist wasn't coming in today so they had to cancel. We were able to move our appt to later in the day, for less time and they did discount the rate. That being said, we both requested firm/deep massages and my therapist was anything but that. He was running late in general, didn't use lotion/oil for the first 15-20 minutes of the massage and ended on the hour even though we started late. I'll probably go back and request someone else, but if it's still not up to par I will be looking elsewhere.

I highly recommend the esthetician Jamie! She is amazing!! I have seen significant improvement in my skin. She knows so much about skin care and does a great job explaining how to maintain my skin from home. She's got angel hands, it was so relaxing to have a facial by her. I'm looking forward to my next one!

This place is RUDE! I called first a few months ago to request an hour massage with a female therapist..I was pretty much open all day..and the employee kept trying to push me with some guy who was "famous" for his deep tissue therapy..which is NOT what I wanted..Aside from him, they apparently had no other appointments available. So I weny to the Hoffman location where they got me in right away!.THEN...I thought give Schaumburg another try.....the worst happened today. I requested an appointment for a facial and massage...I tried to book two times online...NOTHING! NOT a call to say they weren't available,they didn't have appointments... to re-schedule...N.O.T.H.I.N.G! For the $60 a month I pay..I expect more. NEVER going to the Schaumburg location again!

My rating used to be 5 stars!!! =) I have been going to Massage Envy Schaumburg for quite a while now, and loved the atmosphere. The service was great at the front desk, and my therapist was amazing! I have actually tried a handful of therapists and most of them were amazing. The thing I realized is that all of them do have different techniques, so being able to try out a few, now I know who to request when I need certain modalities done for that session. I was able to try out so many therapists because I joined their "Wellness Program", which is their membership. It's really a great deal! =( BUT!!! I went in recently, and apparently there is new management over at Massage Envy Schaumburg. I noticed more staff at the front desk. I was curious about the cancellation policy because I'm 7 months pregnant, and am not sure how regularly I will be able to come in after my child is born. I was informed that due to the new policy, I can't cancel for 9 more months!!! This is not told when I signed up. They were not as friendly or comforting to work with. It's clear that their new philosophy is sales over customer service.
