That was the worst experience ever. There is nothing but curtains separating guests. She took my bra off, their were men everywhere. I was so uncomfortable. She even pulled my pants down and my butt was exposed. I was mortified. It was Groupon, i submitted before i left. She wouldn't let me leave. I told her i paid. She held onto my car! I threw money at her and sped off. Im still shaking. Now looking to report them. Nothing about this place seems ok. We don't do public bath houses in America. Do not go here! The reviews must be there own people!

Best place to go for any type of massage. Well organized, super efficient, extreme experienced therapist, aromatic surrounding, super nice deal and worth.

I bought a Groupon for me and my wife for a Couples Massage for our Anniversary on Tuesday August 8th 2017. I called and scheduled our appointment for Sunday August 20th 2017 for 2pm. We arrived at 1:45 pm for our appointment. We went inside and no one was at the front desk. Two other customers were sitting in the lobby. So we sat down and waited for 10-15 minutes before someone came out of the back. The receptionist asked if we had an appointment and I stated “Yes”. Another gentleman walked in off the street and was told to come back at 3:30 pm for a foot massage because no one was available. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t speak very good English. So she looked at her notepad and told me she didn’t have me down for an appointment. She writes all her appointment on a spiral note pad with sloppy handwriting. They didn’t have a professional system for tracking appointments. I showed her my Groupon Certificate and she says they don’t take them. The name, address, and phone number was clearly written for their business on the Groupon. She stated they don’t make any money off the Groupon (Like $4), so she insisted that I buy one of their packages from the store. All the while she was very rude and never even attempted to provide any good customer service. Me and my wife were from out of town and we were leaving to go back home the next day. She said the best she could do is try to fit us in at 7pm if we bought a package from them. The other customers in the lobby were shocked and just shaking their heads. Also with Groupon you have to scan the vouchers so the business can get credit for the sale. There was no computer in the Lobby or electronic device that I saw to do such. So I don’t know if they are just using Groupon to bring in Customers or What. This was a very horrible experience for me and my wife. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A lot of these reviews on these sites for these places are Fake. So Please avoid this Massage Parlor if you want to get a massage.

I would actually rate this place 3.5 but decided to round up. I've gotten a few massages and this visit I went with my mom. My mom felt the massage wasn't strong enough but my person really hurt my shoulders. We both enjoyed the hot stones though. It was a very good price ($90 for 80 min), but I don't think this style of massage was relaxing. It's probably better for people with physical ailments. Also, semi private was not private enough, the man next to us was snoring loudly (dividers did not help that).

I found them on Groupon and now I am a regular client. Great massage at an affordable rate
