I have been to numerous Massage Envy locations over the last 8 years and this is one of my top 3 favorites!  I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome, offered a glass of water and once I finished my paperwork, shown to the waiting room.  The waiting room was set up very nicely.  
What made this location stand out above the others was the warm neck pad I was given while waiting....what an awesome and relaxing way to start my massage experience! 
I had an hour deep tissue massage with Cathy and she did a bang up job.  It wasn't long before I was a comatose blob on the table, snoring away completely relaxed from head to toe!

Scheduled appointment week in advance. Called day of to confirm and they never put me in schedule! They took my credit card info and everything and didn't have me scheduled! Unbelievable,, I could have made appointment with someone else! Waited whole week. Then she says well you wanna schedule now,, um hell no,, who knows if they can keep this one. Very disappointing. Will find more reliable therapist!
