I think the other people that reviewed Royal Nails, were at a different salon.  Royal Nails was efficient, clean and understood me perfectly.  Plus, the massage was divine.  I am now a regular customer.

The woman who did my nails could not file a straight line!  I told her I wanted them square and she did everything but.  For whatever reason, the women there like to file down the edges (my friend had a different woman who did the same).  My nails are filed down to nothing now and I'm still not happy with the shape.
Will not be returning.

I went to get acrylics with my friend and while we were there we noticed bugs on their masks and flying all around us, then three days later one of my nails fell off when there supposed to stay on for about a month and my friends nails turned yellow and are falling off as well. When we went back to ask for a refund they denied and offered to redo them, why would I want them redone for this to happen again? I will never be going there again it's a waist of time and money. Also they are very rude.

I just had a pedicure which the girl was fantastic, but the girl/woman that did my manicure did not know English to begin with and completely did the opposite of what I asked her. I have gaps on my nails where the nail polish should be, and IF I go back, I will request a English speaking person. Now the place is nice and they have free soda and water, but you pay to get nails done and $60 later, I will not be going back!
