Everyone is very nice, it's so clean, and they helped me a lot with my back. I wish I could afford to keep going here.

This place used to be reasonable. However, they now charge you a rate of $95/hr if you have previously visited there. I don't know about you, but that is highway robbery for a massage. They don't do anything special. In fact, they tried to charge me an extra $10 to use a different kind of lotion and hot towels! I would visit a local Massage Therapist and keep your money in the community. They charge a lot less and give you much better service. I received a massage from here never imagining that it would be that high. I thought it must have been a mistake! Never going back. I will give my money to a dedicated Therapist that keeps their business in the community.

I've only had the best customer service from them, Audrey in particular has been really helpful. The massages can leave a bit to be desired but in my opinion if you take the time to find a therapist that works for you and communicate well what you're looking for they can be just as good as anywhere else too. Monthly memberships are fair; they're very helpful in bundling sessions you've missed and working with your schedule. Overall I would recommend anyone at least give them a try.
