I have really enjoyed my massages from Masssge Heights. The staff always has a smile and excellent customer service if I need to reschedule or making me appointments. The store itself is very clean and inviting. I recommend Cody for deep tissue massage or if you have certain areas of pain to work on.

Showed up for my 9 a.m. Saturday appointment only to find that no one had written it down when I called. Showed them on my phone where I had made the call but still noone was available to do my appointment. Very disappointed.

A total rip-off, their front desk staff and clueless as to how to use their computer system.  The staff in the back are okay but not very knowledgeable about massage, certainly not like they try to convince you they are.  They take their time getting started and try and get out off the table as quickly as possible.  The parking lot is always empty and now I know why.
