I had a great experience at this spa for a hot stone massage. The scheduling with the front desk was easy, my appointment started promptly at the scheduled time, and the therapist was friendly and willing to address any issues and adjust treatment to my specific needs. I will definitely return for future treatments.

Brittany was awesome. It was my birthday today and she took away any stress I had. What a nice way to finish the day.

Terrible customer service. The first time my wife and I went to the Shrewsbury location to get massages, the manager explained what we understood to be a two-month special. It was very misleading and of course we ended up being charged past the two month mark. Buyer beware at this place. I called the location and the receptionist was very apathetic and rude to me. Not accommodating at all and didn’t seem like he cared whether or not they got our business. 

Another time my wife scheduled a facial. The front desk never scheduled it, and when my wife went in, they were unapologetic and said, “Well, we can schedule you at another location” in 45 minutes.

Also, they don’t ask you what massage therapist you want to schedule when you book your appointments. Overall, very disorganized and rude and we will not be going back.

Fred did a wonderful job of loosening my muscles and relaxing my mind. Best 90 minutes of the week.
