This place is great! My husband and I moved to the area from out of state and had to switch license plates. One of the screws was rusted and stuck, and after many attempts with a screwdriver and wrench, only managed to strip the head. I stopped by on a Wednesday, late morning after reading fabulous reviews on Yelp. Master Tech is attached to a very small parking lot, which is shared by both a Hertz Car Rental and Performance Transmission & Auto Repair (absolutely no parking). I decided to park in the next lot over (in front of T-mobile) and walked to the office. I was met outside by a very friendly Herbert who, after hearing about my problem, grabbed a few tools and followed me all the way to my car. I really appreciated that, since I had my baby and she is getting heavy. He managed to remove both screws, switch the plates, and secure the new one in about 5 minutes. He then refused to charge me anything and told me to have a good day! It was just like having family or a family friend fix my car. I will gladly come back the next time my car has a more serious problem. Thank you, Herbert, for being so cheerful, friendly, and helpful!

This is a great place to go if you ever need your car worked on. I went in cause I thought I needed to get my tires rotated and brake pads replaced. They inspected the car for 30 minutes and told me the tires had to be replaced and the brakes were just rusty and did not need to be replaced for a whole year. Herbert didn't even charge me for looking at the car. He said it was no issue and just asked for me to come back when the brakes needed to be replaced and recommended a place to get new tires. I am only getting my car worked on here from now on.

Honest and knowledgeable guy. Won't try to rip you off. If he can do the job he will for a reasonable price. If he can't he will tell you. I've been going to Herbert for over a year trying to maintain my 15 yr old caravan. He's taken care of everything he could, and when the evap system's censor went off and he couldn't find out what exactly was wrong, he told me straight up. He could've ripped me off and charged hundreds of bucks but he didnt. I ended up going to smog specialist and got my car fixed for less than 200 bucks. Thank you Herbert for not ripping me off when you could have.

You don't find very many mechanics that are knowledgeable and honest. Master Tech takes great care of our vehicles.
