Just had some major work done on my Aston Martin DB 9 @ Birkshire Automobiles. I could not be more happy with the quality of work, customer service, and more than fair prices . I was really impressed by their online interactive assessment, quote and job approval process. Most of all, I know my car was better treated at Birkshire than at the Aston dealer. Highly recommended!
I recently had my tire change done at Birkshire yes, a little late in the season and they were friendly and professional. I'm so glad I found this place. Jose and Eugenia are so kind and are always seeking to offer a great experience for their customers.
If you expect to be personally taken care of with your British automobile, Birkshire is the place to go! From Jose and Eugenia in the office, to Ravi and his crew in the shop, the whole team is knowledgeable, communicative, professional, and friendly. Oh, their prices are very reasonable too! They took care of our Jag XKR like it was their own prized collectable, which made it a worry-free and pleasant experience.
From Gatineau, Quebec, I had my Jaguar engine replaced at Birkshire, and it was a great experience. The quality of work was tremendous, and the staff was very friendly. After taking the car back home to Gatineau, Quebec, I noticed that the driving was very smooth. I highly recommend Birkshire, as they take good care of their customers and their work is exceptional.
Jose', Ravi & Eugenia are genuine fine people who operate a Jaguar / Land Rover service / repair automotive. Our Jaguar needed transmission repairs two weeks before Christmas and our needs were more than taken care of by these fine people. The Jaguar is back on the road running like a Jag at a cost that we could afford. Thanks Berkshire!
Fantastic service ! The dealership gave me a lot of incorrect information as to the problems with my out of warranty XKR and said they couldn’t fix it. The guys at Birkshire had the problem solved in no time. No more dealership for me !

Completed my regular yearly service and it was an amazing experience as always. Very professional, Jose updated me throughout the service, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel like my car was in very capable hands. The results were incredible, my car looked brand new showroom condition. The service was performed as promised, I will only use Birkshire for all my Jags needs! Highly recommend!!
