Pacific Eliter collision center in torrance don't care about the customers at all. As one of the largest collision centers in los angeles, Pacific Eliter collision center in torrance shouldn't only care about money. I will not trust this store any more. I will not recommend my friends to repair their vehicles in Pacific Eliter collision centers in torrance.

Awesome customer service. They keep you in the loop as to where your vehicle is in the repair process. Obviously they do excellent bodywork. Highly recommended.

Have been to the shop a few times.  Unfortunately, our car is a magnet for rear end collisions.  The staff is professional and has handled the repairs efficiently and correctly.  We are very happy with their customer service and their work.  Would recommend and will be back for any future body work.

It's easy to rant on the internet and make unsubstantiated claims.  I know the owners and can attest to their devotion to the client and dedication to the quality of their product. I find the company to be of the highest caliber.

I stopped by their shop & tried to get a simple estimate for them to repaint my hood. No body work, just a simple repaint. Unfortunately they made several excuses to not give me an estimate and couldn't give me the final price on the spot (even after they reviewed the car). They said they would call me back with the final amount, but never did. I guess they don't need any more business.
