Best haircut I've ever gotten. A young girl named Delaney did my hair and it came out perfectly. I'm usually pretty dissatisfied with how my haircuts come out, but this time it was perfect. Will definitely be going back!

want a mad cut? look no further than the staff of Mastercuts. I've stopped by a few times to have some work done on my hairs - so far I've been #blessed enough to have my mop cut by Delaney, Erin, and Alison. lemme tell ya, they, and the rest of the primo staff here at MC will hook you up with the some of the sickest cuts you'll ever witness. head on in. what are you waiting for!!!!!!

My stylists name was Merr. She is the older lady that works here. I went in just to get a trim. My hair was a mess going in, very curly and tangled and clearly needed to be washed. She was going to just spray it down and cut it. I had to suggest that she wash it and condition it because it will be easier to get through it. She says okay and proceeds. As shes washing my hair, my whole face is getting soaked, she didnt seem to care that it was bothering me. So i wiped my face off and she continued. I got back to the chair and she put all my hair on one side and showed me how much she was cutting off, i told her that was fine. She hacked her way thru my hair. Literally. After she was done i asked her to blow dry and straighten it. She was clearly annoyed at my request. After it was dry, she straightened it....barely. My hair was all poofy and wavy and frizzy. Didnt look professional or decent looking. My hair is all layered and completely uneven. I made it clear i wasn't happy with how it looked and i even told her i would just straighten it better when i got home... moral of the story. The lady was not professional, untalented at just straightening hair...i think that may be the most simplest thing. But she did not do a good job.

Ugh. Okay, so I go in knowing that run of the mill walk in's can be a swing and a miss. I guess I'm kind of responsible for how my hair turned out. But not completely! I sat down after getting my hair washed, and showed the... Stylist? Images of what I wanted. I also made it clear that I'd still want to be able to DO THINGS with it. She looked down at the pictures with sort of a glazed eyed expression. Like maybe she's seen it a million times or didn't like it but knew how to do it. I said I wanted it to sit on my shoulders (which, heh, it does NOT do.) She says to get the look I needed layers. Okay, I don't mind layers. She gave me three layers. Which I think is too much for the length I wanted/got. But I trusted this woman who seemed to be dismissive about my anxiety (I am a big baby about my hair.) So she cuts it, parts it where I usually part it, blow drys it and... I hated it. But thought maybe run a flatiron through it and it'd be good, my hair is pretty wavey, it was hard to see what went wrong until I got home. The top layer is AT LEAST an 1 1/2" SHORTER then the bottom two, which blend in together nicely. The top layer also isn't EVEN, it has an angled look while the rest is just plain straight across which is what I wanted. I go to work the next day and my co-worker/friend nearly died for me when she looked at it. So instead of doing cute styles like I did with my long hair, I spend over an hour trying to make this mess look somewhat decent. I find pinning up the top layer is the most helpful since it's just a disaster. I don't remember the stylists' name. I do remember she seemed very very annoyed with another employee who I got a feeling was new. Kinda not a good thing to show in front of costumers /: It's awkward. Never again. I will spend more money and deal with schedules.
