I was not happy with the back of my hair.  I scheduled an appointment for a "touch up".  Upon arriving the stylist was hostile and argumentive.  She said I was not styling my hair correctly.  She said my hair was cut evenly, it just appeared to be uneven because of the way she did my highlights.  She did not offer to fix anything, just continued to be rude and argue.  I walked out.

Michelle is wonderful! Make sure to ask for her if you are walking in. She's been my stylist for nearly 10 years.

Usually is fine, but I requested a more longer length on the sides and was not given what was asked. Kinda upset

Great atmosphere! Courteous and professional staff. I really feel welcomed when I come for a haircut. I would highly recommend The Artistry to anyone looking for a top notch experience!!
