This is a store that I frequent often because of their product selection, that part is always good. Some of the employees are not friendly or helpful, so if you need anything better to research yourself then to ask any questions.
I went to Sally's in Liberty Ohio today in the Goldie Rd Walmart plaza and they were closed. It was only 4:58pm to be exact and the sign says they are opened until 7pm. I saw another lady try also to open the door to go in after I walked away also, so I'm not the only one who was disappointed. Change your hours if you close before 5pm. It's very unprofessional.
The store has all yr needs for yr hair. Some items are a bit pricey. But, overall very satisfied. Now when checking out, they're now charging, for a bag to put yr purchased items in. That was rediculas for a paper bag. If it was a reusable bag, advertising for the store would get the attention of other's which may result in more business. Not a paper bag. And in these times advertising is a must. Keeping your customer base is a priority, not a paper bag.
I really appreciate the expertise of the clerks. They helped me find the right products and tools, and they were able to answer every question I had. I'm no professional hair colorist, but I feel pretty confident that I got the right stuff. The rest is up to me!
Due to stores being closed i needed toners and ordered over the phone t 14 and t18 toners that came to 30 and they only left in a buggy outside to pick up and gave me the wrong color toners and would not let me exchange for the ones i accually needed and paid for! My hair i had to walk around with horride for a month due to thier mistake and paid for a toner i did bot use or need! I just wanted to give the toners back and get the ones i paid for and they will not help me! Said im stuck with what they gave me??!! I did not pay for the t15 i paid for t 18!! This is the ine in belmont ave!! Im not going there again. Very rude and customers are to pay for stuff they didnt order
The staff here is amazing! They are always helpful and patient when I shop there.
Has everything you need for your hair, and hair grow products , which im am so crazy about. That makes me love them even more. They have make up , and lip gloss too. Plus, plus , plus !!!
Always such a clean store, well stocked and helpful employees!! The products sold are super worth it as well!!!
