I had an awesome experience with MasterTech. Seth was friendly, efficient, & professional. He fixed the problem in a timely manner & I thought the price was fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing problem!

We were new to MasterTech until recently, and we are so glad to find them. Scheduling was easy (thanks, Denise) and Seth, our technician, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly -- he answered all my questions and devoted time to finding out exactly where our leak was originating. The next day Chris came out with specialized equipment and was able to visually show me exactly what was wrong and where. This saved my husband and I hundreds (if not more) $$ it would've cost to dig around in our yard trying to find the buried drainage pipe and then the blockage itself. Chris is also top-notch, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Thanks MasterTech. Very much!

Our experience with MasterTech was great!! Our technician, Seth, was very friendly! He quickly assessed our plumping problem and got it fixed promptly! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I didn't actually purchase anything from them, I won a free carbon monoxide detector at the Rootin' Tootin' chilli cook off, where they were a sponsor. They were friendly people, and it's great to see them contribute to the community. (They also had good chilli)

Friendly and courteous staff, but was unable to diagnose my minor basement plumbing leak. Yet offered to perform services, which he could not guarantee would fix the problem. Seriously?! Not sure what I paid $55 for.
