Found Precision Plumbing Solutions through Home Adviser. Office staff were friendly and prompt; service within an hour. The technician, Richard, was knowledgeable, respectful and clean, and fixed our problem quickly while educating us on what to look for if a future issue would arise. We are officially making this company our go-to for every plumbing need and recommending to family that have an upcoming large plumbing project. 

They're awesome; you won't be disappointed.

We have used this company for quite some time, at least a year or more.  We have had nothing but wonderful experiences, up until today.  We had a toilet back up and called for Precision Plumbing to come out and jet the line so that the water and sewage would drain.  Upon arrival, the plumbers (different from the ones that we had seen in the past) inquired about where the water line was and seemed very confused as to how they would get a water source to jet the line.  I told that in the past, the plumbers never had to ask so I was unsure.  I helped them look and then once they found where they would need to connect, they informed us that they needed to leave 'to get a nut.'  They were gone for almost an hour.  They returned and jetted the line.  Following jetting the line and being able to finally flush the toilet without the line over flowing, they had us sign the invoice.  After we signed, they informed us that they were not going to wipe up the remaining sewage.  They literally refused.  I called the company and spoke with the lady who answered the phone and she stated that they only fix the issue.  'They are not a clean up crew.'  The issue here is that when they started working the bathroom, the sewage only stretched about an inch from the drain, when they left, it was covering the bathroom floor.  So, in my mind, they are not cleaning up what they in fact spread to fix the issue.  Completely unprofessional and unsatisfied with the service and resolution to our complaints.  We will not be using this company again, even after spending thousands of dollars with them.  Expect to clean up your own mess, because they are a not a clean up crew.

Dan did an excellent job repairing two leaky sinks. He diagnosed the two problems quickly and did great work. The sinks don't leak and we liked the price.

Because we had such a good first experience, we asked them to come do maintenance on our sewer line. Precision Plumbing was so good even over the phone that they knew immediately, without a service call/fee, that we would be eligible to receive our service free of charge from the city instead.

We're very happy with this company and will continue to use their services.

I had a tech (Richard) arrive for an appointment to replace a water shut off valve and an exterior faucet.  Richard told me he was not comfortable with changing out my water shut off due to his 1 year of experience, and wanted to call in a more experienced tech to do the work.  That tech left, and before leaving took pictures of the work, called the office and quoted me two options to fix the valves: One at $600 in which he would leave the existing shut off valve in place and just add another further down the line and one for $700 which was pulling out the existing shut off valve. The other tech arrived at about 3pm to do the work. When the new tech arrived (Dan), I asked him what the break out of the $700 was.  He advised that he was going to charge about $200 for the exterior faucet and $500 for the shut off valve. Of that fee he explained the costs of the two valves, with the shut off at $150 and the other less than that.  He explained the $500 total shut off charge as being very complex because of poly pipe that was coming into the house. Still, we were at $700 so at least the two gentleman were consistent.  The tech was here for about an hour and 15 minutes total, which included leaving to go to Plumber's Supply to get the parts.  He literally unscrewed two nuts off of the shut-off valve and screwed the new one in, as I watched him.  The female attachments on the lines were not even switched out, they were re-used.  There was no complexity whatsoever.
As he was wrapping up, he told me that he was able to do a little better than Richard quoted, and I would be happier with the price.  He then proceeds to hand me a bill for $792!  I asked him how we got there and then he started talking about materials and parts, service fee, etc. etc.  I work in a business with numbers and I know to ask for details upfront, which I did.  This was extremely shady and unethical and I will be happy to share this with anyone I know or can.  I found it funny that after he knew how upset I was he offered me a 10% first responder or veteran discount that didn't apply.

Professional, polite and truly honest serviceman. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again when needed.
