We had water backing up in all of our basement drains and this was on a Sunday in an ice storm. Called Roto Rooter thinking it would cost extra to come on a Sunday but they have the same rates every day. I waited maybe 30 minutes for the call that someone would be headed out to us and within another 15 or 20 Derek arrived. He was super polite and very professional and quick. Had our pipes cleaned out and gone within an hour. I highly recommend them!

After trying everything to unplug a toilet myself, I gave in and called Roto-Rooter. They were prompt and called to let me know when they were on the way. James was very courteous and friendly and was able to correctly the problem in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Can't complain at all! Called and had a tech within about an hour, the guy was super nice and humorous. Got my problem fixed right up!

Worked like same-day service. I called and someone was sent to me . I did not know the extent of the drainage problem but the Roto-Rooter staff, James Woods, #883 did an excellent job in our house. It was a bit pricy but the solution was timely. Thanks to Roto-Rooter

Our service technician, Dave Rathburn, was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. He came up with a unique solution to our plumbing problem that we had been battling for years. He was also careful and methodical in his work, just like my husband and dad are when doing repairs around the house. This showed he takes pride in his work and strives to do his best. I would most surely call Dave again for any plumbing problems and recommend him to anyone who needs a wonderful plumber. Go with the best, go with Dave.
