This place is good. Bought a used car from them. Top notch staff. They offer you water, coffee, probably more, I stopped them at water. Matt is an awesome rep. I wouldn't call him a salesman since he didn't try to sell me anything. He just asked what I needed and helped me get it, which was excellent. Their bank is also pretty willing to take a chance on bad credit if you put enough down. Lisa from finance and Ashley did great jobs too. Thanks everyone!

Body Shop: I'm giving Matick 1 star because of the body shop. I needed some really minor work done on the front of my Prius. Went in for the guy to take a look at it and give me quote. Waited and waited for the quote and nothing. If they don't want the business I'm not going to force it on them. Terrible way to treat paying customers.

Service Center: As far as the service center goes. I have no real complaints. Good service, friendly staff. Meets my expectations of a car dealer.

Could not have asked for a better sales experience!! The gentleman i worked with was named Matthew (Matt).  He knew the product (Toyota) very well but wasn't afraid to look up facts either online or through the brochure on the car i was looking for.  While i ultimately did not purchase a car from this dealership (only because the vehicle i wanted didn't come in AWD) I was treated with respect and courtesy that is hard to find in many dealerships.  Matt was forthcoming and honest right out the gate and held no details back when it came to pricing.  If you are in the market for a Toyota, or even a good used vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected and tested, go to this dealership, you will NOT be disappointed.   Their Sales manager was pretty awesome too. Him and Matt kept in touch with me via text to make sure got all of the facts i needed and they tried very hard to get the vehicle i wanted from other dealerships.  It just wasn't in the cards.  Go here if you want to be treated with respect and leave feeling like you spent your money well.

The experience at Matick Toyota  M59 was awesome. Mike Grzanka spent as much time as we needed answering our questions and showing us several vehicles because we were not  exactly sure what we wanted.  I recommend Matick Toyota for their sales people and pricing.  We were unable to find anyone in Michigan, Ohio or Pennsylvania able to beat their prices.

I recently purchased a new to me Ford Explorer from salesman Mike Reiss. My experience buying this car from Mike was phenomenal. He is super easy to talk to (I felt no pressure to buy) and always returned my calls, emails and texts very quickly. He showed me all my financing options and helped me chose the best one for my current work situation. I made the decision to buy this car while I was at work so the delivery day was full of calls & texts to Mike to set up all my paperwork before I showed up at the dealership. I arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by Mike who walked me over to my car that was freshly cleaned and detailed. He made sure that I didn't have any concerns before signing my paperwork. The paperwork signing process was very quick since they use a digital system to sign all your documents.
All in all I would buy another car from Mike and Matick Toyota because I felt like my business was valued.
