I want to say how blessed I was working with Tom Calvas at Summit Place Kia East.  I have not purchased an vehicle in 10 years, let alone doing it alone.  My granddaughter and I  were so amazed at the care and understanding Tom gave us. He explained every step needed and went out of his way to make me feel important and comfortable. His friendly demeanor and smile felt like family.  Tom listened to what  I wanted vs what I needed in a car and  worked within my budget to make it happen with no money down.  I loved his enthusiasm showing me the 2018 Kia Soul and the color Alien 2 just popped with excitement.  He was very knowledgeable and showed me how to operate the vehicle and the test drive was awesome.  I have had some struggles financially from an upsetting divorce and Kia was able to get an approval rate within my budget and I was able to drive home the same day with my new 2018 Kia Soul, which I have fallen in love with.  Tom and Kia were able to be such a blessing to me, everything worked to my benefit and to God I give the glory and to Tom I gave a hug. Thank you Kia  for being awesome!

To shop at Summit Place Kia East was the over all best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
  My sales associate Charlie Watts was knowledgeable in every field, answering all of my questions and also was able to help me with two difficult issues as well in order for me to obtain my Beautiful 4 door Kia Optima.
  I couldn't believe how current and retro the environment of the building was, fabulous glass throughout the entire space. Nice private place to do the trade, a cozy drink station with many choices and the most pleasant thing of all on a personal level was I didn't have to walk rows of vehicles to choose one, nope (*.*) They have a Delivery Room for your choice of vehicle in which a buyer can enter and look the car over out of the elements that the day may have in store, Loved That!
  I appreciate this very detailed and actually truly customer friendly place of business. Choosing a vehicle was never more pleasant for me. I feel Summit Place Kia East has a vibrant personable atmosphere and the team members here at this location have a true sense of making each person comfortable with their purchase and more importantly helping with any snags that may occur during the purchase.

I have had a string of bad luck car-wise. 2 cars totalled in 1 year. They were old anyway, but I always was hesitant to get a loan for a nicer, newer car. I decided to head up to Summit Place Kia to explore some options. Not only did they get me a low interest rate, they were efficient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Scott Amon was very helpful, he really knows his stuff! I never felt out of place, especially for being a female buying on my own. The staff assessed my situation, gave me some options and made sure i was happy and comfortable with my decision. I thought i would need a cosigner or a huge down payment. Nope! I now own a 2015 beautiful Kia, and i did it all on my own! They made sure to find the best fit for my monthly budget. I am so happy I saw Scott and the folks at Summit Place! I can drive in confidence now, with a safe, nice looking Kia!

Tony really went the extra mile for us. When we first met Tony we were already sold on the Kia Soul but he diligently described in detail all the items that made this car so special. That was a couple months ago as we had to wait for some proceeds to come our way before we could complete the lease. Tony kept in touch periodically but never in a pushy manner. Other salesman would have given up but he stayed with us. He also never pressured us to up-sell or forced any additional items on us like most of our other dealer experiences over many years. We picked the car up today & were overwhelmed by his personal service. He didn't just have us sign papers then say so long. He introduced us to service people took much time to review how all the controls operated. All in all it was the most outstanding dealership experience we have ever had !

I gave them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option... They apparently couldn't find my inspection form when I went back for it. I was told to wait 15 minutes and they would get it for me. I wait 15 minutes and then am told they cant find it... So here I am leaving with no form suppose to be heading to get my car fixed... But can't because they couldn't provide me with the inspection list of what's wrong with my car... Terrible customer service and I'm always waiting for forever for I'm getting my car serviced... Save yourself the headache and go to the Kia dealership in Romeo 😊 They're GREAT there!
