Todd Trainor is excellent I have got several cars from him now. I just recently went in because my lease was up on my Chrysler 300 S and I was upside down on it. I was over 40,000+ miles on my lease ($8,000+ in mileage overages). I thought for sure I would have to just buy the car to avoid paying the mileage overage and then be stuck with a car that was two years old, with over 90,000 miles on it. He was able to work his magic and got me in to a new vehicle, for a payment that was within just a few dollars of my previous car payment. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in to a vehicle he will find the best solution for you. He makes sure your comfortable with the agreement and makes the whole process smooth and easy. One of the best things about Todd is, he doesn’t beat around the bush and he is honest with you when if what you came in thinking you wanted isn’t the best option for you. He doesn’t pressure you in to anything and gives you every option available. Always have had a great experience with him, and his assistant, and parkway.

I received a recall notice yesterday which stated it was an urgent matter in bold, red text so I called this dealership as instructed (05/22/2018). Upon speaking with a parkway representative, I was informed they will only inspect the issue first to determine if one or two parts need to be replaced. Then the parts are ordered, which may take several months; in which then I must return a second time to have it installed! Sure hope the repair is not as urgent as initially indicated! Absolutely unacceptable quality of service. 1. Chrysler - If you issue a recall, take the appropriate measures to make the necessary resources available to support the completion of the recall procedures. 2. Parkway - Pull your heads out of your asses. If you don't have the parts, order them and schedule my service once they are received.

I will never purchase another Chrysler based on their customer service and support.

Brian was an amazing salesman! He was so understanding of my three little ones being with me! He turned on a show for them to watch and offered snacks while we got the paperwork done and got us into our new vehicle in less then 4 hours total when I didn’t even expect it to be the same day. I would recommend Brian and Parkway to anyone and will definitely be back when we’re ready to get another vehicle.

Had an amazing experience with Phil from Parkway! He got me out of my current lease with 12 months remaining and into a brand new Dodge Ram for a great price. He made my experience at parkway great and I won’t be leasing anywhere else from now on!

Leon was my Sales Person and he was very professional from the time he greeted us until we left the building. He ensured we got the vehicle ASAP. He also walked us through every step of the way giving us options in order to pick the correct car for us. He listened to all our needs and met our needs. With that being said we left the Dealership with my dream car. A Big thank you to Leon a great job well done. I will recommend Leon to everyone and I will always purchase or lease a vehicle only through him from now on.
