We've been a customer of Matley's for more than a decade - from house renovations, to a new hot tub, to a new pool, to service calls. I could go on and on about how many questions they've helped me with, but basically here's what you need to know. Only do business with them if: - you appreciate depth of knowledge and expertise - you seek outstanding customer service - you like to pay a fair price for local, trustworthy service - you like when a family-run company knows you by name and knows what you need before you do If these aren't important, you probably want to check out another shop. These guys are 5 stars all day long.

Well here's my story my wife has been complaining about her back really bothering her a lot I never had any intentions of ever buying a spa but I thought maybe if I bought a spa that would help her so like anybody I went looking online looking for spas that were near me and I stumbled across matley Spa in Pepperell Massachusetts which is only about 10 minutes away from me so I walk in and instantly I seen a spa that I thought was great so I end up working out a reallying good deal with the owner and before you know it the owner is over here and giving me a hand putting it on my deck a couple days later all that pain with my wife was do to blood cancer I only had 100 amp panel Gary the owner had an electrician that he works with come over and take a look at things and there was no way I was going to be able to hook this up but the because I needed a 200Amp, the electrician come up with the idea if I was able to convert my hot water heater and my electric dryer to gas then he would be able to hook up my spa on my 100 amp panel on my birthday January 3rd the electrician was over here and then in just one day him and I meaning the electrician got things hooked up and filled up by 4 p.m. My wife has yet been able to get into the spa because of bone problems from the blood cancer but I've been in it almost every night now and this is January February to March at first I didn't think I could do anything I did need a new hot water heater and I had no idea that where I bought my spa they also do plumbing on the other half of the building have a Plumbing business and this is the kind of stuff they deal with furnaces hot water heaters plumbing and so on, Gary was help full and giving me a really good deal and I mean a real good deal I end up getting a hot water heater a brand-new spa and I bought a new gas dryer but the hot water heater, I needed it my house is built in 1989 so I said let's go for it and they're not out there to rip you off and hurry up and go I can't say anymore than thank you so much for the all the help to matley Spa in Pepperell Massachusetts my name is Randy and that's my story The End

I met Hot Tube Dave at a recent networking event and he was awesome to talk to. Its clear he has passion for what he does and cares about his customers.

We researched buying a hot tub from a few vendors but narrowed it down between Matley Pools and another company. The reason we went with Matley is due to the fact they are a family owned business and are not on commission. They wanted to insure we chose the correct hot tub for our needs. They delivered the tub; came back to set it up once it was wired to show me how to use it. They have answered my sometimes silly texts, even on the weekend. Service is everything and that also means answering questions to new users or helping the customers on all issues. Thanks, Gary and family. I would give you more stars if I could. Diane, Londonderry

This place rocks! I'm a bit of a do-it-yourselfer and these guys have always bent over backwards to ensure my needs are met. When I had a problem with one of my heat pumps, the guy took me to the back shop as he spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the correct electrode to work for the armature I had. Whenever I have plumbing questions, they are always willing to help me solve them. When I had a stubborn hose on my hottub that wasn't working right, Gary dropped everything he was doing to come over and help me out...he didn't ask for a thing, just glad I was his customer! John seems to always be stuck behind the counter, but he always has a vast knowledge of a subject or knows where to go to get it. Every person I have worked with at Matley's has always made me feel like my issue is/was the only thing they were working on. It is so wonderful to have brick and mortar business like this in our community. I always go there first before going on-line. Their prices are VERY competitive! Thanks Matleys for providing such a wonderful service to the community!
