It was pleasant to work with Alison. We met at an open house and talked a little bit. And we like the experience so much that we had her as our buyer agent the next day. 

Alison is fantastic and professional. Always smile and talk softly. There is no pressure during the whole house hunting experience. She provided all we needed. Luckily, we found our house at the third trip.  We are glad that we met her at the open house.

My wife and I were looking to relocate to Huntsville from another state.  We didn't have a realtor and needed to find a new home quick.  The Matt Curtis team came through for us in a big way.  Our agent, Pete, was great.  He went above and beyond to accommodate our limited time constraints and  found the right home for us.  He helped us in more ways than I can list, but mainly with his time and attention.  When it came time to purchase our home, the Matt Curtis closing team streamlined the process and had everything ready.  We truly had a great experience and would recommend the Matt Curtis Real Estate Team to anyone.

About a month ago, we contacted Mr. Shawn Guzman with Matt Curtis realty in hopes of finding the perfect property for our family. We had quite a few wants/needs and were pretty picky.  Shawn worked with us, even at unusual hours as we work crazy hours.  He was very prompt with his responses as well as informative. He found us the perfect property sooner than I imagined! He was constantly looking even when we slacking and we were able to get a fantastic property right away! He was great about giving us all of the pros and cons and knowledgeable in more ways than I can hope! I look forward to using him again and recommending him to friends!

We could not be more pleased with our experience buying a home using Matt Curtis Real Estate. Our agent, JR , went above and beyond to help facilitate everything we wanted during the home buying process. April was great during closing and making sure everything happened in our best interest.

Jeff York from team Matt Curtis continues to demonstrate exceptional service in Real Estate! During the Christmas holidays, we wanted to look at a condo in Providence listed for sale and Jeff made it happen, not once but twice and lined up everything from viewing the residence to detailed cost negotiations. Jeff's professionalism and keen knowledge and understanding, provided all the answers we needed to make sound decisions in a timely manner. Excellent service from a caring person who knows the business! Thanks, Jeff....the Farmers.
