Mike helped us buy a new home under construction.  His knowledge of the process from beginning to end was extremely helpful.  His follow through with the builder to the very end and after has been excellent, we could not have done it without him.   His knowledge included a little known RE tax filing requirement before YE of the builder to keep us from being double taxed next year.   His persistence with the  builder got this done just before the deadline.   
Mike also listed and sold our existing home in 4 days after listing.   His professional marketing approach is second to none.   Our buyer stated they saw pictures of our home within 4 hours of its posting on the internet and they immediately asked their agent to see it.   Once they saw it, they did not want to see others and made an offer.
We highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.  His integrity, knowledge, follow through and professional approach is second to none.

I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for an honest, caring, and knowledgeable realtor! He sold my house in a month's time! I was highly impressed! Mike stuck by me and never slacked on attention to me as a client, from start to finish. That was a true blessing since my home and property that I listed with Mike was wrapped up in the probation processes of my late husband's estate which, made my two properties very complicated. But, Mike was absolutely wonderful. He would call me every couple of days and update me with very detailed explanations of the progress. Which helped me immensely from going insane! On the second property he even cut his rate in half. I could write an essay as to how exceedingly outstanding Mike was as my realtor! I'm not one to do these reviews usually but, to think of going through the whole process of estate probation, selling a home I had lived in for over twenty years, and selling raw land at the same time without such an outstanding realtor such as Mike is just plain scary! So, I just had to write a review to help others in picking a top-notch-realtor! If you're searching for the best then Mike Manosky is the man for the job!!

Mike is a true professional, and we can’t thank him enough for what he has done for us. Seven years ago, he helped us to buy our dream house in Huntsville, this is a great house at a perfect location. We enjoyed living there for years. 
We recently relocated, and need to sell this house.  We contacted Mike, and again he did an awesome job. Because we had left Huntsville, Mike had a game plan including the things we have thought of and those we did not think of, he arranged everything to get the house ready for market. His hard work was paid off, the house was under contract a week after it was listed. 
Mike is very honest and trustworthy, we consider ourselves very lucky to have Mike as our agent. We highly recommend Mike. If you are buying or selling a house in Huntsville, talk to Mike Manosky.

Working with Mike has been the best experience. This is the second home he has sold for us and both times he gave us the best advice to get our homes sold. He handled everything for us and the process couldn't have gone easier. Mike is simply the best.

Mike has sold 2 houses for us. He had signed contracts on both of them in less than a month! Mike is the best real estate agent in town!
