David Hendrix gave me the run around all day, going hours without calling me back, saying he was too busy, etc. only to have my application be denied because I own pets. My house just burned down and I was willing to give them money on the spot, but I guess you and your owners don’t want to make money. Don’t tell potential renters that the pet deposit is x amount of dollars if you don’t allow pets. And especially don’t lie in the ad saying the backyard is fenced in when it clearly isn’t. Terrible costumer service and response time. Thanks for being understanding and wasting my time.

Terrible customer service. False advertising. All around terrible. Do not work with David Hendrix. Our apartment just burnt down tried getting a place through him and he said he was “too busy.” We had cash to give that day. Worst company ever!

First off, North Alabama Real Estate Group (NAREG) is by far the worst real estate/rental management company I've ever encountered.  I've been a renter under David Hendrix for the last 16 months with a great property. Unfortunately, the above average property doesn't compensate for the lack of professionalism and customer service I've encountered with David Hendrix and NAREG. The few times I called for questions, I received a voicemail or no response to my email and text messages. It took over 3 and half months to receive a response about a low cost lawn treatment for weeds. To top it all off, multiple people entered my house unauthorized without any notification to myself; the response from NAREG and David Hendrix, was "they didn't know who entered the house." Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable real estate agency for managing your rental, buying, or renting. One star doesn't justify the despicable conduct from this establishment. P.S., the 5 star reviewer is related to an employee.

I have been very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service provided by David Hendrix and the affiliated staff at NAREG. As a renter for the last year, there have been constant communication issues, specifically a lack of response by NAREG. I would reconsider before you choose David Hendrix and the staff at NAREG to manage your rental property and/or lease a home affiliated with this group. It is a relief to no longer be involved with their lack of respect towards the tenants of their properties.

Wow. This company is either incompetent or blatantly crooked; or both. Fees, bogus charges and scam deposits. Avoid at all costs.
