I hate to be the one to brake the bad news but this is one place I will never return to.The Service was ridiculous the knowledge of their own product they had no idea of and the list would go on.Not putting his name on line EMP#621367...but he don't need to work somewhere he don't like to be.It reflex on the customer return rate. And in this case we will no longer be buying our office supplies from this location.

The chick at the copy/print center was nice and helpful, but most of my experiences here lately have been typical of modern retail: allegedly underpaid employees who don't care any more, and don't have the time to help the customer. The guy who "helped" me find a Logitech mouse in the computer department just really did not seem enthused at all about helping me. I think he spoke a total of three words to me in the 10 minutes of our interaction.

Tried to get a work report spiral bound 45 minutes before closing. The place was empty and the customer rep was not busy. She told me it would take until 1pm the next day to have my report bound. Unbelievable. I've seen other places bound a report in 3 minutes. I left and will never come to this location again.

I had an awesome experience. Patricia was such a big help. She was very patient with me and understood how important my capstone portfolio was. If she is not the manager then she need some sort of promotion!
