Well I enjoyed testing the mattresses, unfortunately the sales man would subliminally tell me I couldn’t afford the one I wanted. He said derogatory comments like “oh, you think you can get the Cadillac, why don’t you come down here and try out these spring bed.” “That baby right there is going to be 5 geez.” I was deeply offended as if he were implying that we couldn’t afford the bed. He didn’t even walk us over to try these beds. When we tested the memory foam Black Beauty Rest, he walked away from us and gave up on the sale. He said subliminal jabs like how are planning on paying for that, payment plan? I was appalled as if payment plans were beneath him. It was a bad experience with the sales man. He was rude and unprofessional.

We just bought our new mattress here.... our Salesperson Mercedes was just awesome. She said she was a brand new salesperson, but she was the bomb! She totally knew her stuff and really educated us on what types of matresses there were to choose from. Cynthia, her Supervisor, was so pleasant and helpful and answered all of our many questions. We were treated with respect and the entire experience was really fun! Cannot wait to get our new bed! Thank you Mercedes!☺

I went to this store for a new bed and I had a great experience! The rep that assisted me was very patient as I tried different mattresses and was extremely knowledgeable. Even though I was unsure what type of mattress I liked in terms of type, firmness, etc. I was given a lot of assistance, and various options so that I could figure out exactly what I needed. I have had my mattress and bed for a couple of months now and I love it! It is so comfortable and I get the best rest! A friend slept on it and they ended up ordering the same mattress and also reportedly received excellent service! Highly recommend!

When I needed a new mattress, a relative raved about this place and said I should check it out, so I did. She was right! The staff was friendly, not pushy at all, and was able to answer all my questions. The woman who helped me really listened to what I needed and was able to offer recommendations in a variety of price ranges. The store is also in a great location and very clean, which is important when you're trying out beds. The mattress delivery was quick and the delivery people set the bed up for me so I didn't have to do a thing. They even took my old mattress so I wouldn't have to deal with it. And I love my bed! Not too soft or too firm, which is just what I wanted. Definitely recommend this store!
