Talk about lousy customer service - I can't even get someone to answer the phone to ask a question before I make the field trip out to the island! I have been trying to get through to someone, calling for 2 days straight at different times, and it just rings & rings until it just cuts off. If they are that busy or can't be bothered that they ignore phone calls, I surely can't be bothered either and won't be going there. Gonna make me have to go to Walmart. Ugh.

Love this place, great customer service & the store was very nice & organized. I found everything I was looking for with no problem.

I picked up an online order (clothing) tried them on in the store and was not pleased how they looked on me, so was going to return them and wasn't able to, because of not enough processing time between picking up and returning. The computer system is alsome. That was bitter, but the sweet was how the associates did all that they could which lead them to be very apologetic. I couldn't fault them. I did leave filling disappointed but not mad. I rated them a five because they really tried to help me even though the outcome wasn't in favor. I guess I drove over there to learn something...."LOL"!

My favorite Target in the Bay Area. Clean, nicely stocked, and not too crazy with the lines whenever I go.
