I had a very positive experience when I went in the store on 2/17/18 to make a purchase. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and extremely professional. The store manager Xavier Andrade was great. I would definitely recommend MattressFirm in Apopka.

Michael was very friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure we got what we wanted and did not push us beyond our budget that we had told him about. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress and a friendly help picking one. They looked at the sleeping style of both my wife and I and told us which mattress was best for each position and why. Will only go here in the future!

I walked in on a Saturday evening just looking for information, Ngozi Okonmah was extremely courteous and provided a ton of insight. He helped me eliminate options and was extremely patient with my decision making. He treated my mother and son as if they were both there to make a purchase also. I am beyond impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism he exuded. I didn't even bother to "shop around" and look at other options as I felt like I was getting the best deal and right fit for me. Due to the amazing service I went ahead and purchased the mattress set, two pillows and a protector cover with financing that met my needs. The delivery was made the very next evening not even 24 hours later! The delivery gentlemen were very kind and efficient. As a single mother I felt safe having them in my home. I will be a return customer and refer business to this location.

Excellent experience. We were greeted as soon as we stepped into the store. Was given just enough information to allow my wife and I to make a solid decision on which mattress to choose from. The entire staff was very friendly and never rushed us. We are on day two sleeping on our new mattress and it's been great! Thank you!
