We bought our new bed here about a month ago and we LOVE it! We wanted an adjustable split-king. Looked at 4 different stores and liked what The Original Mattress Factory had the most. The others had lower prices, but we felt the quality here was better. The people were all very professional and friendly from sales to installation.

walked in and was promptly ignored... if you really want to talk to someone, maybe go to the winter park location as they have some very friendly/knowledgeable associates there.
