This was abysmal from start to finish. I strongly suggest you check other review sites for a true picture of this business. To summarize, they showed up the wrong day with the wrong carpet. A substitute was found. They had plenty of notice of guests coming and then promised to get it installed the day before our guests arrived. Messed that up too. Cancelled for the day they "promised". Then cancelled for the following day, saying it would not be installed until AFTER  the guests left and I was informed of this ON THE DAY they were to come. I had been patient throughout until this point. Magically, they called that it would be installed that day, one hour before guests arrived. This is an inept organization. They cannot be counted upon to do anything right. I will say the customer service individual, Emily, was delightful and trying and the installer was a great guy who did a perfect job.

Mark Stinson made sure they installed linoleum and carpeting quickly and kept their word about when they would be out to do the installation.Too bad they didn't clean up after themselves by removing all the bits and pieces left over and vacuuming, because its easy to do and makes much better impression.

My husband and I had an incredible experience working with Stinson Carpet One Floor & Home. The man we worked with in the store made our  flooring dreams come true at an affordable price. He was incredibly patient, a great listener, and helped us decide on the right flooring choice for our new home. We could not be happier with Stinson's. My mother-in-law is already in the process of getting her flooring done because she is so impressed with our end result! If you are looking for a professional, kind, affordable, and excellent flooring experience - THIS is where you need to go!

Worst company for tile work. I just had a new home built and they were the sub contractor for the tile in my home. From the very beginning they installed the wrong grout color. Their excuse was it was grout manufacture is why the grout color was wrong. Then I agreed to have them to remove the incorrect grout and to install new grout with a color that was close to my original choice. Once the new grout was installed , it was still wrong. Color variations and incomplete grout applied to many areas throughout the tile floors. Again they say it's the grout manufacturer , they say something is wrong with the grout. It's not the grout it's the workmanship of the company mixing and installing the grout. It has been over a month that I have been trying to have this problem resolved before closing on my home. Poor workmanship and customer service. I would not recommend this company .

Shawn and Stinson were very accommodating to our very busy schedule. Their work was excellent. We are very happy with Stinson and will use them again in the future.
