Omg....we wait for almost 30 minutes then the staff never entertain us.She’s just looking to us then continue what she’s doing until we left....so rude!!!!bad customer seevice

I come to this store for a range of services - shipping, notary services, and passport photos. I see they even have key copying and fingerprinting. 
Every experience has been courteous, helpful, and prompt. Parking is a breeze, and they even have a lot behind the store. 

I prefer coming here versus the Westlake location as I can get in and out quickly.

I often came to this store to print forms from the computer. Karen was very helpful, kind and did excellent customer service. Thank you Karen.

Casey messed up a notarization, which caused a 2 week delay, and then spent the whole time making excuses and trying to blame me for it. When it came time to resend the form I asked that she waive the fee since she did not do the form correctly in the first place (which is causing me a lot of problems at the moment). She refused and kept making more excuses.

I asked for my documents back she said I had to pay for the envelope and I refused since I did not want to pay for her mistakes. She then threatened to shred my very important legal papers along with the envelope and I had to repeatedly demand my stuff back several more times before she finally complied. She asked me not to come back (lol no problem) and was not very pleasant the whole time even before it got confrontational.

Can I give 0 star? RUDE, and DISHONEST!

Here's the full story. I have the shipping label and was trying to return a small box to amazon. I was trying to get a bubble envelope, and this store said "no, you can't use bubble envelop because it's a box so it needs to be put in a box". Later I verify with UPS that they don't have such a rule. I went back to the store, and told them this. They were like, "well, the box is the same price as the envelope". BUT, they also forced me to purchase the tape, which is two times more expensive than the box. They were no apologetic, and still thought they were right. what kind of people is this?!
