Was able to obtain a high quality mattress at an affordable price. The store manager, Becky, is knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Im sleeping much better these last few days and love my new mattress! Just a nice purchasing experience all the way around.

Beckie, the manager, was patient and kind as I made a major decision--beds aren't cheap, and I will spend a third of the next eight years on it. I bought a Sealy Posturpedic king-sized bed after two visits. Beckie was very knowledgeable and answered my questions as I tried bed after bed and then repeated the cycle; she also worked to get the best product within my budget. Also, when I needed a delivery date much earlier than I first chose, just a quick phone call to the Englewood store made it happen. I never had to suffer high pressure tactics, either, which was such a relief.

Do not buy from Beckie smith,who claims to be a manager,bought a queen bed and the box spring broke within 2 weeks of purchase,the bed was not out of plastic, no return policy within 30 days,delivered a new box spring but took plastic off,I like my stuff left in plastic. Told me to tape the plastic, will never buy from them again.ever
