I worked with Bill Miller to buy two bed frames and two mattresses. He had my son and me lie on a bunch of different mattresses until we knew exactly what we wanted. We also bought a couple of outstanding pillows. Bill was very friendly not at all pushy. He really knew his business too. I am extremely pleased with my experience at this store and I will go back.

I had a really great experience. The customer service was great. Bill took really good care of me and gave me the information I needed to find the right bed for my back issues.

We went in expecting to purchase the cheapest bed we could. But after the sales associate, Bill, had us "test" some of the beds out, we ended up going with a bed that was a little out of our price range but it worked perfect for us. He was very helpful with the selection of our bed and he even helped us pick out pillows that kept us aligned while we slept. He was very friendly and did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. Not once did we feel pressured.

We came in and picked out a bed. There was only ONE best set that we wanted. ONE. We didn't look at any other bed sets. The next day they delivered our bed and bed set and it was the wrong bed set. So they took it back. I called the store and I paid another 200 for the one we wanted. We had to sleep on the floor. The next day again they brought us the WRONG bed set. I am so mad.

I called 10 mattress stores on a Saturday and they were so friendly and helpful. I went right in and they had the mattress I needed delivered that day at a great price. We are so happy with the service we received! Many other stores were so rude or unhelpful over the phone.
