So far no good. In home consult was scheduled for 2:30 and its 3:45. I called and spoke to a rep at 2:35 and said she will be here soon. I called again at 3:35 and the rep will call and see what the hold up is, and still waiting. I'd leave and leave her hanging but now it's about principle. I also am the type to give the benefit of the doubt. When she does finally show up and all goes well, I will update my review. Well never mind, the consult did not have me on her schedule therefore no one is coming. I took time away from work to meet and this was my result. Thank you budget blinds for making my day.

I set up an appointment with Eric  to meet with Christine the 12th at noon.  I received the confirmation email confirming the date and time.  Well no one showed up and when I called, they said they didn't have me down for this time.  Connie called me back as she had  found the email confirmation for this date and time but, they reschedule for Friday at 9:30 with out contacting me.  Really is this how you do business, first not showing up for the scheduled and confirmed appointment but when I call you tell me I am wrong and then oops you rescheduled with out letting me know.  Will not bring my business here or ever refer any of my real estate clients to them.

Everett Budget Blinds were great!  Our new blinds really transformed our home; they're beautiful!  Even so, we were given the best prices and top notch customer service.  The installation was a piece of cake with a professional, friendly installer (Natasha).

This is a very professional operation with quality from the top down.  We changed our minds and changed our order, then decided to order some additional blinds and the whole time the owner and staff were responsive and helpful!  When things go smooth, its easy to be good, but we threw some curve balls that didn't even make them flinch.  These guys are really great, we couldn't be happier!
