Avoid this place!!! we went in for a sale they were havig first issue we were told our mattress would be delivered between 3-5 pm almost a week after we purchased the mattress. Day of delivery we find out it wont be there until 6-8 pm if they had told us that we wpild have chose another day. So now we have to wait even longer. Second issue we were told with the sale the frame and boxsprinh was free and we would get an additional military discount. While we were sitting in the store we noticed yheybdid not apply the military discount. The sales person said he hadnt even processed the order and he will fix it. We have the invoice of both transactions. We created an account for the credit company they use and the balance does not reflect the amount on the invoice we have. It shows the first amount and we were charged for the frame and headboard. I went in to the store today to discuss this and would told it take two billing cycles to reflect the new balance. We are about ready to cancel our order and take our business elsewhere.

Alex and Alex were great in helping us to choose the bed that best suited us. The service was fast, it wasn't pushy and they seemed very knowledgeable about the products they sold. Service was great! I'd recommend them over any other business for the purchase of a great bed!

We are pleased with our experience at mattress firm in Minot. Blayne was a great asset to our purchase, incredibly patient with our questions and quest for good sleep. He provided excellent service. The store was very busy today and all the staff seemed to take their time and worked to find what customers were looking for. Blayne is a great manager. We are looking forward to delivery

Beyond helpful staff! Answered all my questions and offered different mattresses for the very different sleeping styles my boyfriend and I have. Prices genuinely can't be beat!
