I won't ever set foot in this Sears store again let alone any other Sears store. They don't stand behind the products they sell. In my case it was a refrigerator that never worked properly from the get go and all food went bad. The only way they will reimburse you for the loss is if you also buy their b.s. overpriced appliance protection plan for $100+ OR you can call and ask for a repairman to come and FIX the BRAND NEW fridge in anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks when the damned thing should've worked in the first place!!! Are you kidding me?!?!? I don't feel bad about returning a defective fridge the reeked of spoiled meat. I hope they don't try and repair it and sell it to someone else. What ever happened to customer service? Apparently it means absolutely nothing to be a VIP rewards member (only that you've spent a lot of money there!)? Might as well cut that little card up. It's no wonder Sears is struggling and about to go belly up. Save yourself a lot of frustration and shop elsewhere.

Long waits, going out of business, help don't want to help. Rude sale people, walked out and left merchandise, don't waste your time.

Found a great deal on a treadmill so we wrnt to Sears. The person helping us got all of our information wrong. Wrong name on my CC, no mailing address, didn't add email, or phone number. I went in to ask for help and the same person denied everything and kept saying "it's on their end, I can't help you." So our bill went to collections. Needless to say we won't be going back for anything else.
