So i had a pick up scheduled for almost a mouth now and I was the 4-7pm pick up block and 6:45pm rolls around and I call the store to ask if everything is okay and if on time and she said yes just pick ups are last and the boys should be calling you soon ,may I might add its 15 minutes before close I live outta town so I received a call at 7:00pm asking if I was still available and i said yes I am at home waiting and he said on the way to ur home ..ten minutes later I get a call saying their lost and I explain where I am and he said he remembered where I was and will be there ....7:35pm I get a i call saying their closed and can't come get my stuff??? Not only have i been lied to but have been waiting for hours and nothing ..someone could have told me "hey lets do another time" when i first called but nope I got "yes we're on the way everything is on time ,coming to your house now"..never missed a payment nothing half of my house is from Aaron's and this is what i get? Thanks guys ..I shouldn't be the one to call and see if everything is okay and on time

I purchased a bed from Aaron's. It is the most uncomfortable POS I have ever slept on. A complete rip off. When I complained, twice, I was told to go to Walmart and purchase a mattress topper. Are you kidding me?? I'm paying $100 per month for something I can't even sleep on and they tell me to buy something additional to make it more comfortaoff? Aaron's is a complete rip off. Extremely disappointed customer and they don't care.

We got our washer dryer. So happy with delivery, installation and customer service. Highly recommend.

I have both purchased from and worked at Aarons and yes Humans work there not Robots, People with feelings and people who have a Job to do, no one is perfect but the consumer world must expect that. We provide quality Merchandise and a high standard of Service. We all do what we can but must still abide by our policy and standards. We cant give things away for free and this is a business of re-accruing payments and when you sign a lease you are stating you will abide and stick to your part of the agreement and so will we. Every person experiences things differently and we all strive to be better everyday, there is new staffing at the Minot Location and my staff and I are working hard to re-build our reputation by following the policy's and bringing back the Aarons way. Respect, integrity, and honesty and I would like to apologize to those who have not had the best experience with the store but I am greatfull for the information reviews give it's the best help we have to always strive to be better but also for us to see what's going right as well. I am proud to work for Aarons and I am humble by what this company does for those who needs us. Aarons helps people own new and pre-leased products for your home at a low price and with payment plan options. We provide a range of services and products. I am proud to work for this company and will strive to re-build what's been broken. It takes time and hard work to re-build which is what me and my team are dedicated to doing. Thank you for your business and hope to continue to grow.
