Greg and Troy were the most helpful and informative mattress specialists I have ever encountered. They found me the perfect mattress within my budget (Tulane student) and gave me a great deal on the most comfortable bed and set of pillows. Delivery is quick! I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location, and also just trying a mattress in person. The human interaction is well worth it and it is very convenient to feel the mattresses to make a good decision. 10 stars!

Troy was so incredibly helpful, shout out to Troy for hooking it up with the deals, and more importantly, for giving such personalized customer service and attention to my parents and I! Even though we were the only ones in the store on that mid afternoon, I know he would have treated us just as exceptionally! He was very knowledgable in the product and answered all our questions. It was my first real mattress buying experience and Troy made it easy, which is helpful when you're moving into a new city! Thank you Troy! I'll definitely be back to this spot if I need anything else or simply have questions.

This store has amazing customer service! It is also a very nicely set up store! Greg was the sales rep that helped me choose a bed that worked for my back issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional! He also made sure I stayed within my budget, all the while getting me a quality mattress set. Would not hesitate to shop here again and ask for Greg!

Greg was super accommodating and helpful. He assisted me in finding me a comfy mattress to fit my needs, while also being mindful of my budget. Greg was also super knowledgeable about discounts and deals to make sure I could afford the mattress I really wanted. Overall, a great experience!

Troy was so helpful yesterday! My mom and I stopped in to just see if they had the same mattress I had (and loved) in Chicago. We left with my stupendous Lynbrook scheduled for Saturday delivery (feat. a few discounts.) Thanks, Troy for the assistance!
