First I have to say that I've NEVER had this experience buying anything. Derrick Williams was the BEST sales associate that I've had the pleasure to work with. My sister and I happened to be in Oxon Hill, MD and I'm so glad we stopped in. Derrick was very patient as my sister and I flitted from mattress to mattress "trying them on." Derrick explained the features and benefits of all the models that we considered. When we settled on what we wanted, Derrick walked us through financing options and add-ons that would preserve our investment. The mattresses were delivered on time by true professionals. The story doesn't end there... a day after delivery I changed my mind about mattress size and Derrick came through immediately. The delivery service was back the next day to exchange my mattress set. I'm so happy that I stopped at the Oxon Hill store...I'm pretty sure Mattress Firm employs many good people, but it's worth repeating that the Oxon Hill location knows how to take care of customers and that Derrick Williams is the BEST! 😀 l'll definitely refer Derrick to friends and family!

Mark Christian the store manager will lie to you to make a sale. They will scheme you into purchasing a much higher mattress and lie about delivery date. It's all about commission with this store and not upholding any company standards.
