My refrigerator decided to take a break right before Thanksgiving and my trip to NC got canceled my daughter was in the hospital and we needed to stay close. So we were now hosting at our house! I called a few rent a center's and the phone service was not the best. Finally I called the location near me and got the manager I believe his name is Thomas. He went above and beyond to find me a clean new fridge in my price range and had it delivered in 2 days! Just in time for me to go grocery shopping for the holiday! I was able to make Thanksgiving dinner and send food and dessert to the hospital for my daughter her fiance and all the nurses. Having this refrigerator on time made a stressful time into a smoother situation. We are happy that Tom was at work that night. As for our delivery guys they were so nice and personable.Our delivery came right on scheduled time! My experience was wonderful! My customers service was exceptional! Thank you Rent a Center District Heights!!
Thomas and John are so amazing in this store! If I’m running late with a payment they always work with me as long as I work with them! This store is by far the best rent a center I’ve visited and the customer service from everyone is up to par!! Just want to say thank you to the both of them for being so great!!
They call for payment the day before the day on and are consistent very annoying also missed one payment and at 9am they were knocking on my door Saturday morning but when you tell them come get the furniture they need a week.The harassment is by far annoying.
The furniture is nice but they be too press for a payment. They don’t even give u a grace period to pay
The employees were very professional, personable, they answered all of my questions and they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with my product.
Horrible service, cheap furniture and I returned my item within days and I’m still being charged
They are really harassers. It’s pretty scary and annoying. The people at my location are ghetto and completely rude !
Frendly and very helpful. Even when i didn't get paid because of identity theft. Manager worked with me until i took care of it. I did have paperwork to prove my reason i could not pay. Long story short . paid in full for that item and got only one payment left for next item i purchased. Truly impressed. Could have gone totally opposite direction. Thank you!
I'm not going to give this location a bad review although my furniture couldnt be delivered on the day as discussed. Sometimes we as individuals dont understand the workload because we want our items when we're supposed to receive them. Jakeea was very apologetic and that I can appreciate! Overall it was an ok experience, even if I didnt get my items.
wish i could give a big old zero to this place.So i did my app they called me back and secured payment. then on day of delivery they say they can't because they didn't do there jobs right and ask for the proper paper work items and now i have to wait and i have already paid for the bed that i'm now not getting because the staff doesn't know what is going on. This is sad why does rent a center corp office come down on these people who are running there name thru the mud. Sad now i have to sleep on the floor and the best part now i got to wait 5-7 day for my refund these people are truly don't have a clue.
