We needed a new mattress after our old one of 16 years started to wear out. Lorraine was so helpful from the moment we started looking around the store. She listened to our needs, gave us different options and helped us decide the perfect mattress for us. Lived the reasonable prices, comfy options and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Lorraine and Mattress Firm to family and friends.

I was looking to buy a new mattress with my boyfriend and was nervous about the shopping experience. As we we walked in we were greeted by Elijah who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He made choosing a mattress easy and stress free. Very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to others.

Great. Went shopping to 4 other places for mattresses and other furniture today. This was the 1st where i walked in and knew right away that i was walking out with something. Great selection of product and price range so the choice is up to you here where other places you were forced to spend a fortune just to avoid the garbage. Loraine was very helpful, patient and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking for mattresses

My boyfriend & I decided to go check out mattresses because we are moving into a new place. We weren't planning on purchasing anything but our amazing salesmen, Keith did such an awesome job we couldn't walk out empty handed. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and was not pushy at all. There is nothing more annoying than an obnoxious salesperson shoving sales pitches down your throat. Keith was nothing like that. He was patient, understanding and helpful. I would recommend him as well as mattress firm 100%.

Lorraine was very helpful with finding me a new mattress! She was very informative about the different types of mattresses, what would work best for me and listened to what I liked or didn’t like. I recommend coming here and talking with Lorraine if you need a new mattress!
