Was there several times over before Christmas. Staff was friendly had helpful.  Need to track a package with no tracking number, just my receipt. It was not a problem.  Could use a little more staff the week before Christmas

I've gone into this store a few times to ship things over the holidays and throughout the year, and the staff there has always been helpful and have even offered the best, most cost efficient ways of sending my items using their service.

TERRIBLE STAFF!!  Every time I come to that store people are rude to me.  I could ask the simplest questions such as "when can I get notary services" or can "I drop my packages at that location", and the staff would either ignore me or yell at me.  I stopped coming in.  If I could give no star to this location and staff, I would
